Greetings from our Fund’s manager

Dear Neighbor:

Welcome to our new website. It brings me great pleasure to join CD Capital’s board of directors in our renewed engagement of our partners, friends and investors. Over the next few months we look forward to reintroducing old friends to our products and introducing new friends to our vision for a vibrant region.

In the past few years, the New Orleans and its neighboring parishes have witnessed changes to both its landscape and population. Just like our neighbors, we experienced huge changes as well. The storm ended some of our development deals and created difficulties in implementing a few of our lending plans. We were steadfast; joined our neighbors in the difficult road of rebuilding and are now proudly extending ourselves as a renewed partner with undeniable roots in the community.
